Read the Term 1 edition of Territory Educator

The first issue of the Territory Educator magazine for 2020 has been published. Hard copies were mailed out to all workplaces several weeks ago, but you can read it all online here by clicking on the link below.

Featured articles for Term 1 include our campaign for a new school at Alekarenge, the problem with Gonski's Learning Progressions, Leon White's Life Membership and advice on social media use and work.

We know the world is dominated by one issue right now, so take a few moments to read about some other issues in education.

We're proud to produce the only regular print publication covering educational issues from a Northern Territory perspective. We welcome any feedback on our magazine, and any suggestions on content for our next issue.

Next term we are planning a special feature on COVID-19 and how it is impacting on the lives and work of members.

We would love to publish photos and perspectives from members on how you and your colleagues are getting through this tough time. How has it affected your teaching? What about your students? Are you finding new hobbies or discovering new talents to take your mind off coronavirus?

Let us know by getting in touch.
