The time commitment needed for being on Branch Executive consists of ten days throughout the year in face to face meetings, (these are each of two days’ duration and include the two days of our annual Branch Conference). In addition, there are eight or nine half day online meetings over the year. The AEU NT has standing arrangements with the DET to have leave approved for Executive meetings and this is not deducted from any of your other types of leave. Travel and other expenses are covered if you usually work in a remote or regional community.

For further information on the roles, please contact Rachael Metcalfe, the Branch Secretary secretary@aeunt.org.au or call (08) 8948 5399.
