AEC Post-election report E2025/56

The AEC is obliged to prepare a post-election report after the completion of an election under the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009. Importantly, the AEC have noted three rules of our branch which because of ambiguity or another reason are difficult to interpret or apply. This Branch will be responding to the AEC concerning these adverse rules within the statutory timeframe of 30 days post the release of this election report with how we plan to improve these rules by reference to the model rules set out by the Fair Work Commission.
