Notice of lodgment of rule alterations with FWC
Our Branch Conference, which took place on 20-22 May, approved changes to our rules. These changes related to the process of approving rule alterations and also to lodging nominations for Branch Executive positions.
The proposed changes have been lodged with the Fair Work Commission for certification.
One of the requirements of changing a registered organisation's rules is that a notice be published on the organisation's website.
The proposed changes as well as the rationale for the changes are available to members on request by contacting our office.
