AEU NT 2020 Conference

Registrations are open to attend our 2020 annual Branch Conference as a sub-branch Delegate. Every AEU NT sub-branch (workplace) is entitled to elect at least one Delegate, whose travel and accommodation costs will be funded by the AEU NT. Sub-branches may also submit business for debate and endorsement by Conference as AEU NT policy.
This year’s conference will take place at the Hilton on Mitchell St in Darwin over the weekend 12 and 13 September. Conference business will formally commence at 9am on Saturday 12 September and conclude by 3pm on Sunday 13 September.
John Falzon of Per Capita is confirmed as a guest speaker (subject to the easing of border resttrictions). John is an outstanding and inspiring speaker who addressed delegates in 2016 on the issue of inequality. We are very glad to welcome John back. Other speakers will be confimed in coming weeks.
The deadline for all motions and registrations is Friday 31 July. No applications or business received after this date will be accepted.
