A union is a collective group of members that undertake the same type of work. We are a member-led organisation, representing members when it comes to bargaining for pay rises, work entitlements and conditions of employment. Without unions, we would have no paid parental leave, superannuation, Medicare, workers compensation, work health and safety laws, paid annual leave or even the weekend!
